Flagger Force adds MidAmerica Safety Solutions
Brings Indiana traffic-control relationships across utility, telecom and infrastructure customers to a Blue Sea Capital-backed platform with more than 3,000 employees.
Blue Sea Capital-backed Flagger Force moved further into Indiana with the purchase of MidAmerica Safety Solutions, an Evansville-based provider of short-term traffic control services.
MidAmerica serves utility, telecommunications and infrastructure customers with traffic control for short-duration work zones.
“Strengthening Flagger Force’s presence in Indiana through this acquisition represents an important milestone in our continued growth across the Midwest,” said Mike Doner, President and CEO of Flagger Force.
Terms were not disclosed for the add-on.
Flagger Force is headquartered in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, operates across the eastern third of the United States and uses a crew-centric model with more than 3,000 full-time employees.
Blue Sea Capital, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, manages more than $1.5 billion and invests in lower-middle-market companies valued up to $500 million.
