Bluejack closes Phillips Fire & Life Safety acquisition
Adds a Houston-based fire protection provider founded by Dan Phillips in 2022 to the FirePro Tech brand, bringing Agellus Capital more density in the Greater Houston market.
Bluejack Fire & Life Safety has acquired Phillips Fire & Life Safety, a provider of fire and life safety services for commercial facility alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers. The company was founded by Dan Phillips in 2022 and serves the Greater Houston area, and it will operate within FirePro Tech, a Bluejack brand.
Dan Phillips said joining FirePro Tech gives the business access to additional resources and a larger team of experienced fire and life safety professionals. Agellus Capital, based in Clayton, Missouri, invests in non-discretionary essential services businesses.
