AMS Fulfillment, a Fort Point Capital portfolio company, has acquired Vox Fulfillment, a third-party fulfillment provider based in Provo, Utah. Vox has served consumer product brands since 2018, with customers in health and wellness, beauty and cosmetics, and apparel.
AMS provides order management, warehousing, and fulfillment services for business and consumer shipments. Based in Valencia, California, AMS operates fulfillment facilities in the Los Angeles area, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
The acquisition adds a Utah operation to that network.
