Priority Courier Experts, a Trident Management and Bluejay Capital-backed same-day and next-day B2B delivery platform, acquired INPAX Shipping Solutions, an Atlanta-based logistics provider with parcel, ecommerce, healthcare logistics and regional freight capabilities. The acquisition extends the platform across seven Southern markets including Atlanta, Charlotte and Raleigh, adding more than 335 independent-contractor drivers and 75 employees that complete over 400,000 orders annually.
