Lone View Capital invests in HappyCo
Founder and CEO Jindou Lee will continue to lead the property operations software company.
Lone View Capital invested in HappyCo, a software provider serving multifamily property owners and operators. Founded in 2011, HappyCo has expanded from apartment inspection software into maintenance, asset management and sourcing workflows.
Its products cover work orders, unit turns, asset histories, vendor management and renovations, and have been deployed across millions of apartment homes. The investment will support product development, customer support and further work on JoyAI, its automation and artificial intelligence technology.
Founder and CEO Jindou Lee and the existing management team will continue to lead the business. The investment was announced September 22.
