F2 Strategy has acquired Toronto-based investment technology consulting firm Intelligo Partners, which helps financial institutions modernize the systems used to manage investment operations.

Founded in 2012, Intelligo brings proprietary delivery tools and methodologies designed to improve implementation planning, governance, and execution for wealth managers, asset managers, banks, trust companies, and asset servicers.

The acquisition follows F2’s recent purchase of Meradia, a consulting firm serving the investment management industry, giving the combined firm a larger Canadian presence and complementary capabilities across investment operations, data, technology strategy, and platform delivery.

Intelligo’s founder-led team adds established client relationships in Canada and gains access to F2’s research, managed services, and executive advisory resources.
