M|C Partners has invested in DivergeIT, a Torrance, California-based provider of managed IT and cybersecurity services to midsize businesses and enterprises across the United States. CEO Jarrod Koch will continue to lead the company and work with M|C Partners on acquisitions of complementary managed service providers.
DivergeIT has served customers for more than 27 years. The investment will fund expansion of its service portfolio, hiring, and technology development, including AI capabilities.
M|C Partners specializes in digital infrastructure and technology services investments.
