Investcorp Technology Partners acquired a majority stake in Connectif, a Spanish provider of omnichannel marketing automation software. The company’s AI-driven platform supports more than 3,000 brands across fashion, technology, health and beauty, home, and pet care, facilitating over 25 million orders annually.
The investment is Investcorp Technology Partners’ first in Spain and the sixth from its Fund V.
