Myriad360, a services-led global systems integrator that delivers AI, cloud, managed services, cybersecurity and data center modernization capabilities, received a majority investment from One Equity Partners. Myriad360’s existing leadership team will continue to lead the business and retain a significant ownership position alongside One Equity Partners.
The investment is intended to provide additional capital for organic growth, talent and service investment, and complementary acquisitions. “What stood out to us about Myriad360 wasn’t simply its growth, but what has driven it,” said Charlie Cole, Partner at One Equity Partners.
