Greenbriar agrees to acquire Spectrum Control from AEA Investors
The definitive agreement remains subject to customary closing conditions; closing is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
Greenbriar Equity Group signed a definitive agreement to acquire Spectrum Control, a developer and manufacturer of engineered RF components and subsystems for defense and high-reliability industrial end markets, from AEA Investors. The company designs components, modules, subsystems, and custom solutions that enable signal protection, conditioning, and processing for aerospace, defense, space, and other high-reliability applications.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary conditions. President and CEO Rich Sorelle and the existing management team are expected to continue leading the company.
