ResMed buys Noctrix Health for $340 million
Valued at $340 million, the deal brings Nidra, an FDA-authorized non-invasive restless legs syndrome therapy, into a connected sleep health ecosystem.
In a $340 million exit for Angelini Ventures, ResMed acquired Noctrix Health, a medical technology company developing wearable neuromodulation therapies for sleep and neurological conditions.
Founded in 2016, Noctrix Health developed Nidra, the first FDA-authorized non-invasive therapy for moderate-to-severe Restless Legs Syndrome.
ResMed plans to integrate the wearable therapy into its connected sleep health ecosystem for patients with sleep disorders.
The transaction is the first exit for Angelini Ventures, which invested in Noctrix Health in 2024 through the company’s $40 million Series C round.
“It has been a privilege to partner with the Noctrix team during such a pivotal phase of the company’s growth,” added Tanja Dowe, Managing Director at Angelini Ventures and Board Observer at Noctrix Health prior to the acquisition.
