ResMed acquires Noctrix Health in Angelini Ventures exit

Valued at $340 million, the transaction moves an FDA-authorized Restless Legs Syndrome device into a sleep health and respiratory care business.

Noctrix Health, a medical technology developer of wearable neuromodulation therapies for neurological and sleep-related conditions, moved from Angelini Ventures to ResMed in a transaction valued at $340 million.

Founded in 2016, the company’s lead product, Nidra, is an FDA-authorized non-invasive therapy for moderate-to-severe Restless Legs Syndrome.

ResMed plans to integrate the technology into its sleep health ecosystem and respiratory care business for patients with neurological and sleep conditions.

Angelini Ventures backed Noctrix Health in 2024 as part of the company’s $40 million Series C financing round alongside other healthcare investors.

“It has been a privilege to partner with the Noctrix team during such a pivotal phase of the company’s growth,” added Tanja Dowe, Managing Director at Angelini Ventures and Board Observer at Noctrix Health prior to the acquisition.
