Specialty sealing products and services provider Pride Seals has been added to Marco Sealing Solutions, an ACP-backed platform for engineered sealing solutions.

Pride Seals serves industrial end markets with inventory, fast fulfillment and day-to-day customer support.

Pride Seals works with customers on sealing applications across a variety of markets.

Founder and Owner Michael Durham has led the business for 30 years, building the company around customer relationships, responsive service and support for sealing challenges.

Marco Sealing Solutions supplies specialty rubber, plastic and metal components, using engineering support, sourcing capabilities and inventory availability to serve customers across multiple end markets.

The company was founded in 1980 as Marco Rubber & Plastics and now operates as Marco Sealing Solutions.

The transaction is Marco’s eighth acquisition since partnering with ACP.

ACP manages $2.1 billion in committed capital and makes control investments in lower-middle-market companies across business services, technology, specialty manufacturing and distribution.
