Warner Pacific, a national general agency backed by Lovell Minnick Partners, acquired Beere&Purves, a Walnut Creek, California-based general agency serving employee benefits brokers statewide. Founded in 1929, Beere&Purves provides brokers with quoting, underwriting, enrollment and service support across small group, large group and ancillary benefits.
The acquisition broadens carrier and product offerings for Beere&Purves broker partners and adds Warner Pacific’s technology and service capabilities to the California market.
