Schneider Geospatial adds New England GeoSystems
The acquisition adds a Northeast-based provider of mapping and GIS services that has served municipalities, utilities, and engineering firms for more than two decades.
Schneider Geospatial, an ACP-backed provider of cloud-based geospatial software to local governments and utilities, has acquired New England GeoSystems, a mapping and GIS services firm that operates across the Northeast.
The target has served municipalities, utilities, and engineering firms throughout New England for more than two decades, building a strong client base of public and private sector customers.
The acquisition adds a Northeast regional presence to Schneider Geospatial’s platform and deepens its capabilities in geographic information services.
The bolt-on deal is part of Schneider Geospatial’s strategy to extend its reach in the local government and utility end markets.
