Cooper Strategy, a Jupiter, Florida-based advisor that helps covered entities capture 340B savings for care of underserved patients, has been added to Water Street Healthcare Partners-backed Pillr Health.

The business serves hospitals, health systems and community health centers within the federal drug-pricing program.
