The Rumford, Maine-based company operates facilities in Rumford, Bangor and Gray, serving industrial customers in North America.
Founded in 1986, The Fitch Company works with pulp and paper, power and energy, food and beverage, and consumer goods end markets.
The add-on brings DCS and PLC programming, OT/IT networking, electrical design, instrumentation, panel fabrication and plant-wide control systems expertise.
Mark Bolduc, P.E., president of The Fitch Company, will continue with the business as general manager following the close.
