Everis Medical is a Kalamazoo, Michigan-based medical device company focused on otolaryngology, head-and-neck surgery, ENT, airway management and adjacent surgical specialties.
The deal is Everis Medical’s fifth acquisition since its 2019 founding, following purchases of the Cook Medical OHNS product line, Shaw Scalpel, STIC Intra-Compartmental Pressure Monitor and T/Pump Localized Temperature Therapy System.
