Osceola Capital-backed Fortify Restoration has deepened its structural restoration footprint in Florida with the acquisition of Beaches Construction, a Panama City Beach-based specialist serving high-rise condominiums and hotels.

The deal gives the platform entry to the Panhandle, Jacksonville, and Tampa markets, complementing its established South Florida operations.

Beaches Construction provides concrete restoration, painting, waterproofing, and exterior renovations, primarily for high-rise residential and commercial properties.

Founded in 1999 and led by Philip Bonabi, the company serves property managers and owners along the Panhandle coast and has expanded into Jacksonville and Tampa.

Fortify Restoration launched in June 2025, and Beaches Construction represents its third add-on acquisition following the initial partnership with Beach Contracting in South Florida.

CEO Mike Rosen said the combination would strengthen the group's ability to serve customers across Florida.

Fortify Restoration continues to pursue add-on opportunities with high-quality operators, the company indicated, as it builds a statewide structural services business.
