Control Devices, an HBM Holdings portfolio company, has acquired Solenoid Solutions, an Erie, Pennsylvania-based designer and manufacturer of 2-way, 3-way, and proportional solenoid valves and manifolds.
Solenoid Solutions' products serve medical, food service and appliance, instrumentation, industrial cooling systems, and transportation end markets.

The acquired company's vertically integrated operations will further complement Control Devices' manufacturing footprint.
