RMH Systems adds Systems in Motion
The deal creates an end-to-end material handling and automation platform, bringing warehouse automation to RMH's manufacturing-focused capabilities and marking the Rotunda-backed company's third add-on since February 2025.
RMH Systems added Systems in Motion, a material handling integrator and warehouse automation solutions provider, marking its third add-on since partnering with Rotunda Capital Partners in February 2025.
The target serves warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment customers, adding warehouse automation capabilities to RMH's existing manufacturing-focused material handling and packaging operations.
Yukon Partners provided junior capital to support the acquisition.
