Heritage Holdings’ HVAC platform has acquired Airside Technology Corporation, a Central New York-based union contractor providing full-service HVAC and in-house sheet metal fabrication for commercial, industrial, institutional, municipal, retail, and office building projects.
Founded in 1984, the company brings a skilled union workforce and an automated fabrication shop to the platform.
