Aeterna Group adds Lizardos Engineering Associates D.P.C.
The Mineola, New York-based mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering firm founded in 1965 has completed more than 9,000 projects across 26 states.
Lizardos Engineering Associates D.P.C. has joined Aeterna Group as the sixth firm in the architecture and engineering collaborative that launched in June 2026. The firm provides building systems engineering services, including mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, IT/security, commissioning, energy, sustainability, and facility assessment services.
The Lizardos leadership team will continue to guide the firm while supporting Aeterna Group's national expansion as a full-service architecture and engineering firm. Signal Hill Equity Partners received legal support from Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, while Lizardos was advised by Grassi Advisory Group, Inc. and Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP.
