The mortgage technology business will operate as an independent subsidiary of Xactus, maintaining its existing framework for clients and partners across financial services.
"As the market continues to evolve, so must the way we support it," said Perry Steiner, Founder and CEO of Xactus.
Terms were not disclosed; JP Morgan provided financing, and Kirkland & Ellis and McDonald Hopkins advised Xactus.
