Basware adds Trustpair

Trustpair, an enterprise payment fraud prevention platform that validates supplier bank account details at onboarding, account changes, and before payment authorization, has agreed to be acquired by Basware. Trustpair serves finance teams running one or more ERP, procurement, or treasury systems, including SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua, Jaggaer, and Kyriba.

The combination is designed to give customers end-to-end invoice-to-payment assurance, with Basware confirming that an invoice is legitimate and approved and Trustpair confirming that payment reaches the intended supplier. Basware is backed by Accel-KKR, and the deal builds on its earlier acquisitions of Glantus, AP Matching, and Redmap.
