FCH adds Sanitary Solutions Group
The deal marks Audax Private Equity's 1,500th add-on acquisition since inception, reflecting a buy-and-build strategy that has accounted for over 100 add-ons in 2025 alone.
Audax Private Equity-backed FCH has acquired Sanitary Solutions Group, a provider of sanitary solutions, in a transaction completed on April 14 and disclosed in May.
The add-on represents the 1,500th such acquisition for Audax since its founding in 1999, a milestone the firm attributes to its dedicated Strategic Resources Group and national business development reach.
Sanitary Solutions Group becomes an operating company within FCH, adding scale and another business line to the Audax portfolio company.
No further details on the target’s operations, end markets, or customer base were provided.
Audax, headquartered in Boston with approximately $19.5 billion in assets under management as of January 2026, pursues a buy-and-build approach across five core sectors: Business Services, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrial Services & Technologies, and Software & Technology.
The firm has invested in more than 180 platforms and completed over 1,500 add-ons.
In 2025, it ranked No. 6 among the most active U.S. private equity acquirers, with more than 100 add-ons during the calendar year.
The Sanitary Solutions Group deal closed in April and was made public in early May.
FCH was advised by Audax’s in-house resources, which include more than 60 functional experts supporting due diligence, post-merger integration, and value-creation initiatives.
