Amplix adds RAS3 Communications and Consulting
Adds a Miami telecom advisory team with more than 125 carrier and provider partnerships to a Gemspring Capital-backed technology advisory platform.
Gemspring Capital-backed Amplix added Miami-based RAS3 Communications and Consulting, a telecom advisory firm that helps businesses with IT procurement across networking, CX, infrastructure and communications.
Founded in 2001 by Richard Shellow, RAS3 serves business clients nationwide and has partnerships with more than 125 carriers and service providers.

The transaction is Amplix's thirteenth acquisition since the platform was formed in 2022 and adds to its Florida presence after multiple recent deals in the state.
RAS3's leadership and team will join Amplix, with operations continuing under the Amplix brand.
Amplix is headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts, and provides strategy, consulting, implementation and managed services to more than 3,500 clients, with over 275 employees in more than 20 states and Canada.
