Superstep Capital invests in Zencore, a Google Cloud consultancy

Zencore announced a strategic investment from Superstep Capital, a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on digital services. Terms were not disclosed, and Zencore said it remains independent.

Zencore is a Google Cloud Premier partner with nine specializations and hundreds of engagements across North America and EMEA. The company said the investment will let it expand its full-stack AI capabilities on Google Cloud.

Alongside the investment, Zencore launched the ZenAI Factory, a framework for enterprises adopting agentic AI on Google Cloud, with initial solutions for software development, data and operations, built on Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
