Riverwood Capital agrees $730m sale of Vexcel to CoStar Group
Riverwood Capital is selling aerial imagery and camera maker Vexcel to CoStar Group for $730 million, giving the buyer coverage of over 45 countries.
Vexcel operates a survey-grade aerial imagery program spanning more than 45 countries and 320 major metros, and manufactures the UltraCam line of aerial cameras.
The transaction is the exit of Riverwood's holding in Vexcel; no further terms or advisers were disclosed.
