Publicis completes acquisition of LiveRamp
Publicis Groupe has closed its acquisition of LiveRamp, a data collaboration platform, which it will combine with Epsilon's identity capabilities.
Publicis Groupe said on November 2, 2026 that it has completed its acquisition of LiveRamp. The company said it will combine LiveRamp's enterprise data collaboration platform with Epsilon's identity business to create a plug-and-play AI growth engine that clients can own and control.
The offering lets clients enrich first-party data with RampID and Epsilon identity, then activate it across LiveRamp's partner ecosystem, which Publicis says includes 25,000 publishers and 500 technology and data partners. Publicis also said the platform will connect with its Sapient, Marcel and media capabilities.
Chairman and CEO Arthur Sadoun said LiveRamp would keep its identity, culture and neutrality within Publicis. LiveRamp CEO Scott Howe said the combination gives clients a foundation to scale agentic marketing with full data ownership and control.
