Oddball acquires Synaptic's Salesforce technology and services business
Federal digital services provider Oddball is acquiring the Salesforce practice of Synaptic Era, adding Agentforce delivery capabilities.
Oddball, a Federal digital services provider, announced its acquisition of the Salesforce Technology and Services Business of Synaptic Era, Inc. The deal is Oddball's first acquisition since Falfurrias Management Partners made a strategic investment in the company in December 2024.
Synaptic, a Salesforce partner since 2008, has delivered more than 600 Salesforce projects and has expertise in public sector solutions, OmniStudio and Agentforce 360. Oddball said the deal strengthens its Salesforce practice and gives federal agencies more choice in modernization. Oddball's clients include the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Falfurrias Capital Partners is a middle-market private equity fund. Its manager, Falfurrias Management Partners, is a Charlotte-based firm founded in 2006.
