Marketbridge acquires Channel99 to expand B2B technology and AI offerings
Bethesda-based Marketbridge has acquired Channel99, a B2B marketing performance and measurement platform, and launched an AI Visibility offering.
Marketbridge, a Bethesda, Maryland-based growth company for business, said it has acquired Channel99, a B2B marketing performance and measurement platform that links digital marketing at the account level to opportunities and pipeline. The companies also launched AI Visibility, a new offering that helps B2B marketers see how they appear in AI-generated search and compare with competitors.
Channel99 was founded in 2022 by Chris Golec, who founded and led Demandbase. Channel99 will operate as a Marketbridge company under its existing product identity, with Golec continuing to lead it and reporting to Marketbridge CEO Bob Ray. Channel99 VP of product and engineering Mark Yatman and his team will also join Marketbridge.
Ray said the deal extends Marketbridge's move toward a technology-enabled B2B services model, adding technology, data and AI capabilities to its measurement, analytics, consulting, media and agency services. The company said the acquisition gives it a scalable technology and data foundation.
