J C Flowers-backed Accelerated Wealth Partners invests in Pallas Capital Advisors

Pallas Capital Advisors, a Braintree, Massachusetts wealth manager overseeing about $5 billion in client assets, takes a stake from Accelerated Wealth Partners.

Accelerated Wealth Partners, a New York-based firm that invests in registered investment advisers, has signed definitive agreements to invest in Pallas Capital Advisors. Neither the size of the stake nor the financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to close later in 2026, subject to customary conditions.

Pallas was founded in 2019 by Rich Mullen, Greg Boyle and Charlie Evangelakos and is headquartered in Braintree, Massachusetts, with offices in Wakefield, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Jersey. Its founders and partners will continue to run the firm under its existing brand, and the deal widens ownership to Joe Cullen, James Landry, Eric Lalime, Andrew Krout and Athol Cochrane as equity partners, which the firms described as succession planning.

Accelerated Wealth Partners was founded by Eric Amar and is supported by a $200 million capital commitment from J C Flowers & Co. The firm said it will provide growth capital and support for organic growth and acquisitions at Pallas.
