ICE USA adds Southeastern Land Company
The deal adds right-of-way and easement acquisition capabilities, broadening the Godspeed Capital-backed engineering platform's project delivery lifecycle for government infrastructure clients.
SLC operates in the Carolinas with a team of 67 professionals, providing rights-of-way, easement, and fee simple land acquisition services to government agencies, utilities, and municipalities.

The add-on extends ICE USA's project delivery lifecycle, adding right-of-way acquisition to its existing engineering and consulting services.
