Based in Dallas, SBI works with private equity-backed and public companies in technology, healthcare, financial services and industrial markets.

The firm combines revenue strategy, commercial operations and training services with proprietary benchmark data and its Wayforge growth intelligence platform.

Founder and executive chairman Matt Sharrers and senior partner Scott Gruher will continue to lead the business following the platform investment under Bow River Capital ownership.
