The Dallas firm works on revenue strategy, operations and training for private equity-backed and publicly traded clients in technology, healthcare, financial services and industrial markets.
Bow River Capital is a Denver-based private alternative asset manager focused on lower middle-market investments across private equity, private credit and real estate.
Terms were not disclosed.

Founder and Executive Chairman Matt Sharrers and Sr. Partner Scott Gruher will continue to lead SBI, which has completed acquisitions including Sales Readiness Group, Carabiner, Daydream and Brevet.
