Nautic Partners’ Integrated Home Care Services buys Dina Care

The deal adds AI-enabled referral management and care coordination across home health, personal care, LTSS, DME, infusion and private duty nursing.

Dina Care, an AI-enabled care coordination and referral management platform for home-based care, has been acquired by Integrated Home Care Services, a Nautic Partners-backed in-home benefit manager.

The combined business serves health plans and risk-bearing organizations across more than 20 states.

Dina provides care-at-home network management tools for health plans, PACE organizations and provider groups serving complex populations.

Its technology supports contracting, coordination, fulfillment and oversight of services including personal care, home health, hospice and supplemental benefits.

Integrated Home Care Services manages in-home benefits for health plans, risk-bearing provider organizations and other plan sponsors.

The company’s services include utilization management, provider network management, referral management, care coordination, claims processing and payment across home health, personal care, LTSS, DME, home infusion, private duty nursing and other home-based services.

The transaction brings Dina’s AI-enabled workflow automation, digital workforce tools and referral capabilities into Integrated’s benefit-management model.

Shah, founder and CEO of Dina, will join Integrated as chief product and technology officer, overseeing product strategy, technology and AI-driven platform initiatives.
