The company’s software helps teams manage work orders, equipment, preventive maintenance, inspections and field operations across distributed facilities.

The investment establishes UpKeep as an Accel-KKR enterprise software platform focused on maintenance, reliability and asset operations workflows.

Accel-KKR is backing the company to support product work in safety, training, low-code operations applications and AI-enabled workflows.

Founder and CEO Ryan Chan continues to lead the business.
