The Vistria Group backs Curi Capital
With more than $14 billion in assets under advisement, the Chicago-based registered investment adviser operates 12 offices across eight states and the District of Columbia.
Curi Capital, a wealth management firm, is bringing in The Vistria Group as an ownership partner alongside employee owners and existing shareholders Curi and Wealth Partners Capital Group, with closing expected in late September 2026. The firm serves high-net-worth individuals and families, business owners, medical professionals and healthcare executives, and family offices.
The investment is expected to fund technology, talent, client experience, and M&A in wealth management. "From our first conversations with Vistria, it was clear we shared a common philosophy about serving clients, supporting employees, and building a business for the long-term.
With their support, we're positioning the firm to grow and lead the wealth management industry into the future," said Curi Capital CEO Dimitri Eliopoulos.
