Keeler Motor Car Company and Open Road Capital announced their acquisition of BMW of Tenafly, a New Jersey automotive retailer, from Penske Automotive Group. The transaction closed in the second quarter of 2026.
The New Jersey dealership will keep its name and location, with most employees remaining. The purchase brings Keeler to ten dealerships across New York, Connecticut and New Jersey, and marks its entry into New Jersey.
The group previously bought three dealerships from New Country Motor Car Group in February. Financial terms were not disclosed.
