Catchment Capital buys Isolatek International from SK Capital Partners
Founded in 2024, the New York private equity firm focuses on middle-market industrial technology, services and products companies.
Isolatek International, a Stanhope, New Jersey-based manufacturer and supplier of passive fireproofing materials, was sold by affiliates of funds advised by SK Capital Partners to Catchment Capital.
Founded in 1875, the company develops, produces and distributes proprietary materials for commercial, institutional, data center and advanced manufacturing applications.
During ownership by SK Capital Partners, Isolatek added products through organic investment, acquired certain assets of Albi Protective Coatings and launched FireSolve® SB.
