Flow Service Partners adds Altman Air Conditioning
The deal adds more than four decades of commercial HVAC and mechanical services experience in South Florida to the Quad-C Management, Inc.-backed platform, complementing its existing Cortez operations in the state.
Altman Air Conditioning, a commercial HVAC and mechanical services provider serving South Florida since 1985, has been acquired by Flow Service Partners, backed by Quad-C Management, Inc. The business has built a loyal customer base by delivering responsive service and practical solutions for demanding commercial environments.
Altman will complement Cortez, an existing Flow Service Partners company serving commercial customers across Florida. "For more than 40 years, our employees have worked hard to build Altman into a company our customers can depend on," said Bruce Cropp, President of Altman Air Conditioning.
