LUX Infusion, a Frazier Healthcare Partners portfolio company, acquired South Jersey Pediatric and Adult Infusion Center and Northeast Infusion Therapy. The Cherry Hill, New Jersey center provides physician-ordered outpatient infusion services for pediatric and adult patients.

Northeast Infusion Therapy, based in Latham, New York, serves adults with chronic disease and supports prior authorizations, documentation and treatment coordination. Both locations join LUX’s national infusion network.

The company plans to work with the existing teams to maintain continuity for patients and referring physicians. LUX is led by CEO Ted Kramm.
