LaunchPad adds Pro-Spect Inspection Services in Mid-Atlantic
Creates a Mid-Atlantic hub across Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania for a residential inspection and home services platform backed by RFE Investment Partners.
In a Mid-Atlantic add-on for RFE Investment Partners-backed LaunchPad Home Group, Pro-Spect Inspection Services brings a residential inspection business serving homeowners and real estate customers in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
The deal gives LaunchPad a regional hub for its residential inspection and home services platform across the Northeast corridor.
Terms were not disclosed.
