Matador Gas adds Action Propane, Inc. and Ozark Mountain Propane Company

Firmament-backed propane distributor Matador Gas LLC completed the acquisitions of Action Propane, Inc. and Ozark Mountain Propane Company, two propane distribution and services businesses based in Leander, Texas and Garfield, Arkansas. Action, founded in 1984 by Murray and Wanda Hoggarth, has served the Austin and Highland Lakes markets.
"For more than 40 years, our customers have been at the heart of everything we've done," said Wanda Hoggarth, co-founder of Action Propane. Ozark Mountain, founded in 1994 by Bob Jackson, operates six full-service locations across Arkansas.
Matador provides full-service propane services, including refueling, tank installation, and maintenance.
