Trivest Partners, a Miami-based private investment firm with approximately $6 billion in assets under management, has formed AquaVerse, a parent company for a family of pool service brands.
The platform brings together eight local operators across Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, serving more than 10,000 residential customers.
AquaVerse was created to provide centralized technology, recruiting and operational resources while preserving each brand's community identity, and is led by CEO Josh Sevick, a residential services veteran.
