Versant Media Group agreed to acquire Full Swing, a Carlsbad, California-based sports technology company, from Bruin Capital and other minority investors for about $530 million in cash.

Full Swing develops golf simulators, launch monitors and integrated software used by consumers, competitive athletes, coaches and commercial venues.

The company will operate inside Versant’s Digital Platforms and Ventures portfolio, alongside the acquirer’s golf-related media and digital assets.

Bruin exits an investment it acquired from North Castle Partners in 2021, and the transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
