Cumming Group, a pure-play provider of project and cost management advisory services for the built environment, has been acquired by Leonard Green & Partners from New Mountain Capital.
The company operates across North America and Western Europe, serving over 4,000 clients including 41 Fortune 100 companies, with a focus on data centers, education, healthcare and infrastructure projects.
