World Insurance Acquires Pellechio Family Agency
The Parsippany agency adds commercial and personal insurance customers in New Jersey.
World Insurance Associates, backed by Charlesbank Capital Partners and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, has acquired Pellechio Family Agency of Parsippany, New Jersey. Pellechio has provided commercial and personal insurance since 2017.
Joining World gives the agency access to additional products and services for its customers. World is based in Iselin, New Jersey, and serves businesses and individuals across the United States and United Kingdom.
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla advised World, and Castano Quigley Cherami advised Pellechio. The acquisition closed May 1 and was announced September 3.
