Singlepoint Healthcare adds Healix

DFW Capital Partners-backed Singlepoint Healthcare has acquired Healix, a Sugar Land, Texas-based provider of outpatient infusion management and pharmacy services.
Healix manages more than 220 physician-owned and ambulatory infusion centers across the U.S., specializing in infectious disease, gastroenterology, neurology, rheumatology, allergy, immunology, and pulmonology.
The deal marks Singlepoint's third add-on in the last year, following its July 2025 launch with The Boster Center for Multiple Sclerosis and IV Solutions.
